Recipe: Billy Tin Mulled Wine

Mulled Wine; a warm hug from the inside out. Be sure to give this one a try while it is still nice and cool out! ​


  • 1 whole cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbls whole cloves
  • 2 oranges, cut in half
  • 1-piece ginger, sliced
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 750ml bottle red wine of choice

Equipment Needed:


  1. Add wine, maple syrup, and spiced into Billy Tin.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the oranges into the tin, adding the spent peels too.
  3. Attach to tripod (if have) for at least 30 minutes until flavours are infused. Alternatively, place on bed of coals.
  4. Share around, enjoy!
