Recipe: Billy Tin Mulled Wine
Mulled Wine; a warm hug from the inside out. Be sure to give this one a try while it is still nice and cool out!
- 1 whole cinnamon stick
- 1 tbls whole cloves
- 2 oranges, cut in half
- 1-piece ginger, sliced
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 750ml bottle red wine of choice
- Add wine, maple syrup, and spiced into Billy Tin.
- Squeeze the juice from the oranges into the tin, adding the spent peels too.
- Attach to tripod (if have) for at least 30 minutes until flavours are infused. Alternatively, place on bed of coals.
